What's the difference between FUNpass & FUNpass+?
FUNpass+ includes unlimited video games and (1) free VR game per visit, whereas FUNpass does not include any games or VR plays. FUNpass+ Members may have access to exclusive perks that are not available to FUNpass Members. All Memberships are eligible for certain Member Perks, such as 10% off Food & Drink (excludes adult beverages), Discounted Guest Wristbands, 50% off VR with Member Card, and discounted arcade games with Member Card.
How do I activate my membership?
When you purchase your membership, it will activate immediately. You will receive a confirmation number and barcode, which you will present to receive your Member Card. Please bring this code with you on your phone or print it out. You will need to present your voucher to receive a Member Card on your first visit. On your first visit, you will need to have your photo taken at Guest Services. Please make sure all members are present during your first visit for their photo. Memberships without a valid photo on-file will not be honored.
How do I use my membership after it's been activated?
Once activated, you'll present your Member Card at Guest Services & receive a wristband each time you visit.
How do I use my Member-Exclusive perks & discounts?
Bring-A-Friend Discount: Present your Member Card at Guest Services to purchase a 30% OFF Bring-A-Friend Wristband (limit 1 per visit). Food & Drink Discount: Present your Member Card when ordering food & drink to receive a 10% discount (excludes alcohol). 1 Free VR Game Per Day: This will be pre-loaded on your wristband each time you visit.
How will I be billed for my membership?
The card used to purchase your membership will be billed monthly, typically on the same date each month. If you purchase a full year, the card used will be billed annually.
How do I change my payment method?
You can update your payment method anytime in your Member Portal by clicking here.
Can I add more than one family member to my membership?
You may add as many family members as you'd like to your membership when you make your initial purchase. However, please note that this cannot be changed later. If you purchase a membership for multiple people at the same time, they will be billed together as one transaction which will include the fees for each individual Member. For example, if you purchase two FUNpass+ Memberships with the Monthly Payment Plan, you will be charged $18.99 x2 (or $37.98) +tax (prices listed here subject to change) as your monthly Membership Fee. If you have already purchased a membership and would like to add another family member, you'll need to purchase a separate membership for them.
How do I cancel my membership?
You will need to visit the location from which you purchased your membership to cancel. If you are unable to make your monthly payment but do not wish to cancel your membership, please give us a call at (540) 785-6700. If you chose the monthly payment plan: Please note if you do not complete 12 consecutive payments before cancelling your membership, you will need to pay the activation fee to renew your membership in the future.
What if I lose my Member Card?
You can get a new card at Guest Services. There's a $10 fee to replace your Member Card.
